Welcome to Saroxai Limited. This Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar tracking technologies on this website (saroxai.com) and how you can control them. It covers our website only — it does not cover the Saroxai apps, whose data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit websites. They help us remember your preferences, analyse site use, and support site functionality. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, can be used in the same way, and we treat them the same as cookies in this policy.

How we use cookies & legal basis

This website is an information and sign-up site. It has no user accounts, no login, and takes no payments, so we set very few cookies.

• Strictly necessary (always active): We store your cookie choice itself so we do not ask you on every page. This is exempt from the consent requirement because it exists only to honour your preference.
• Performance & analytics cookies: Google Analytics, used to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We use Google Consent Mode: Google Analytics loads on every visit, but until you press "Accept" it runs in a privacy-preserving mode that sets no cookies and sends only cookieless, aggregated measurement. If you press "Accept", the analytics cookies listed below are used for more accurate measurement — your consent is the legal basis for those cookies. If you press "Reject" or simply ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set; only the cookieless, aggregated signals continue. These analytics only ever measure how this website is used — they have no connection to, and no access to, the property data you store in the Saroxai apps, which lives only in your own iCloud and is never visible to us.

Some pages embed a Google Maps frame showing our office address. Google may set cookies when that frame loads. If you would rather it did not, you can block third-party cookies for maps.google.com in your browser.

Other technologies

Separately from cookies, when you open the site we send your IP address to ipinfo.io to determine which country you are browsing from, because the service is currently only offered in selected countries. Managing your cookie preferences

When you first visit, our banner lets you accept or reject analytics cookies. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and rejecting is the default if you do nothing.

To change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser (in most browsers: padlock icon in the address bar → site settings → clear data). The banner will then appear again on your next visit. Your stored choice expires automatically after 180 days, after which we ask again.
