Questions from landlords & agents

How do I get an inventory done by a clerk?
Your clerk carries out the inventory in the Saroxai Clerk app and sends you the finished, branded report as a PDF (or full backup). You load it into Property Hub, then request signatures from the owner and tenants — they sign from a link, so they don't need the app.
How many properties can I manage?
Up to 10 on the Property Hub plan. Need more? Add a property pack — 5 extra properties for £1 — and stack as many as you like.
Can I collect signatures from owners and tenants?
Yes. On any report you can request signatures from both the owner(s)/agent and the tenants — send each a secure signing link by email and they sign in their browser (no app needed).
What reports can I create?
Inventory, check-in and check-out reports, a Key Dates & Reminders report (lease year-ends, mortgage dates and certificate expiries, with calendar reminders), plus lease, certificate, invoice and mortgage documents — all branded with your own logo and details.
How does the free trial work?
Property Hub starts in a free 14-day trial with every feature unlocked, no card required. Subscribe any time through the App Store to continue.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage or cancel from your Apple ID subscription settings; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
